Teresa Cloutier is a Lewiston native who practices law in Augusta, Maine at her firm Cloutier Carrillo. She is an experienced advocate and trial attorney representing a wide-range of clients, including non-profits, before all branches of state government, including licensing boards and other administrative and regulatory agencies. Teresa has more than twenty years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction disputes, real estate disputes, including boundary disputes, insurance coverage analysis and litigation, commercial disputes, professional liability, product liability, and divorce cases with complex asset division issues. This includes substantial experience representing LGBT clients in family law and other matters, including adoption. Teresa also advises small businesses in Central Maine on a host of business issues.
Teresa lives in Hallowell with her wife and son. When not practicing law, she is a potter and loves cycling and kayaking.
