Queer/Trans Yoga: Safer Space, Gentle Yoga for Every Body
Held the first Monday of every month from 7:00-8:00pm so we have the studio to ourselves before and after.
This beginner yoga class will take place in a non-heated room and will focus on vinyasa slow flow and gentle stretch for every body. If you’re trying yoga for the first time or looking to add a queer/trans-specific class to your practice, we hope you’ll join us for this monthly offering.
Led by a queer-identified teacher, this class model uses affirming and trauma-informed language to create a safer space to practice. If you think this class is for you, you’re welcome to join us in this affinity space.
