Suicide has reached epidemic proportions in our society. This workshop shall provide participants with an understanding of the Interpersonal Model of Suicide and a theoretical framework for comprehending suicidality in specific populations including the trans community, a roadmap of Crisis Services available in Maine, and a vocabulary for speaking to and interceding with people who are contemplating suicide.
