Celebrating 50 Years of LGBTQIA+ Liberation: Wilde-Stein Club at University of Maine

Join us over Zoom as USM’s LGBTQ+ Collection of the Jean Byers Sampson Center for Diversity in Maine, USM Special Collections celebrates the founding of the Wilde-Stein Club in Orono, the first queer student group in Maine, and the founders of the Maine Gay Symposium, which helped to start the gay liberation movement in Maine. This online discussion will feature original club founder Steve Bull, and current members of Wilde Stein.
